Group Coaching

While individual coaching can be the most effective, group coaching enables many of the benefits at a more affordable level. In some cases it is preferred as it can address team dynamics and team wide issues more effectively.

1-1 Coaching

One to one coaching is the most effective and quickest way of both developing the skills and competence of Account Managers, together with putting in place actual Account Plans that will drive performance and results in your largest clients. Individual coaching is often used where an inexperienced Account Manager has been given responsibility for very major accounts, or experienced people who want to be more proactive on driving growth from large customers.

One-one coaching sometimes involves just the Account Manager, but can often bring together the whole Account Team. Please contact us to discuss requirements.
