The 3+1 Plan is an example of a minimal plan that might be appropriate for a mid-level account; it is just 3 main slides / pages, plus one backup.
You will know from the book, that the template that you use is not important in implementing great account planning - it is the thinking process behind it, but hopefully this deck gives you a starting point to develop a plan that can be communicated easily.
